SELLING FAST TO A CASH HOME BUYER

Are you wondering how a cash for houses Port Hope real estate investor can help by making a quick offer on your home? First you need to understand the pros and cons of working with a professional home buyer such as myself.

Pros of Selling To A Real Estate Investor

Cash Offers – We will be buying your house without financial contingencies. It is becoming more difficult for traditional home buyers to get approved for financing – consider the benefit of knowing that your buyer can make a serious, firm offer.

Payment Options – Depending on your situation, we may consider buying the house on payment terms, if it can benefit both of us. Speak to me further for more information on this.

Selling “As Is” – When we buy houses in as is condition, it literally means that you can leave it as it stands. We are able to take over and perform any necessary renovations to fully refresh the house.

Flexible Closings – Because we are buying with cash, we can typically close in as little as one week if need be, or we can close at another time which is more beneficial to you.

Cons Of Selling To A Real Estate Investor

Below Market Value – This is something we make sure to educate everyone we buy from on. We are willing to buy almost any house, however due to the nature of our investment model, we must buy houses under market value, and it must be profitable for us! Otherwise we would run out of money very quickly buying so many homes. If you are looking for top dollar on your house, it would be in your best interest to hold on to the property a few more years until the market gets hot again, or work with a realtor!
